A two-day (5 sessions) camp focusing on the following skills:
1. Passing Techniques
2. Setting Mechanics
3. Attacking
4. Blocking
5. Transition Drills
6. Defense
7. Serving
8. Serve Reception
Camp Features:
- Free Camp T-shirt and volleyball zipper pull.
- Outstanding coaching staff including some of the 2008 DC3 volleyball players!
- Excellent camper to coach ratio
- Campers are going to be tested and grouped by age and ability
What to bring:
All campers need to bring:- Volleyball shoes
